If the items ordered are in stock, and provided that you enter all required information and that your credit card is accepted, orders received by us before 5pm (EST) on a weekday will be shipped (“shipped” meaning sent out) within 7-14 business days of the date on which we receive such orders. Proper orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will also be shipped within 7-14 days of the next business day.

The time that it takes for the order to arrive, after shipping, depends on USPS Shipping and the destination. (We will not be responsible for any delays that are beyond our control).

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

There are absolutely no refunds with 31D Clothing. Only exchanges are available.

Merchandise items that have not been worn, washed or otherwise used and in perfect condition may be exchanged for any reason within twenty-one (21) days of the date of purchase. If the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive than the item you are exchanging please note that you will have to re-provide your credit card information for such additional merchandise or more valuable merchandise, and you agree that we may contact you (whether by e-mail, telephone or otherwise) in order for you to do so.
