About Us

“Detroit is a lifestyle. Represent it.”

Amidst a growing pop-culture aesthetic in Detroit, 31D Clothing, L.L.C. announces its launch of a clothing line specializing in apparel and accessories that represent Detroit.

Founded by Detroit Mercy Grad students, Bryan Dovichi (25) and Justin Drilich (24), the focus of 31D (Three One D) Clothing is to provide accessible urban sophistication for the masses while allowing them to represent Detroit. The 31D Clothing brand utilizes the area code and old-English “D,” two very recognizable symbols of Detroit, and integrates them into one.

The clothing brand began offering t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, and stickers that feature its logos via its web-store on Black Friday, November 27, 2009. The first line to be released is the 31D Clothing Black Label. It will consist of black and white apparel featuring the brand’s main logos.

Justin Drilich, Co-Founder of 31D Clothing says, “this will be something for anyone who wishes to represent Detroit and look good while they’re doing it.” In addition, Bryan Dovichi, Co-Founder of 31D Clothing, envisions the brand to be “a creative, fashionable, and succinct way for anyone who identifies with the city of Detroit to express their uniqueness, as well as their sense of community as a whole.”
